Privacy & Security
To view or update your account information, click on account in the upper right-hand corner, then select "My Account". You may need to provide your email address and password if not logged in already. You will be directed to "My Account Dashboard", from where you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select a link from the Account Navigation on the left to view different sections of your Account Information.
To place an order, please visit the product page and select from the options available, e.g. Diamond Colour, Diamond Clarity, etc. Upon selecting an option, the price will update accordingly. After your final selection, you will be presented with the final price. Simply click add to cart button and follow the guided checkout process. You may place an order as a guest, but we encourage you to become a registered member of Ringfield. This will enable you to track each step of the order fulfillment process, as well as enjoy many other benefits.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a copy in your email box. We will also notify you once your order has shipped, and provide you with a tracking number.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments by PayPal and most major debit and credit cards including Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa and MasterCard. All prices are inclusive of VAT and in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change and price adjustments, promotions and offers can be withdrawn at any time. If you pay for your order by a card with a foreign currency denominated account, then your account will be debited in Pounds Sterling (£) at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of order processing.

At Ringfield Diamond Jewellery, we strive to be as perfect as the rings we provide for you and your loved ones. Because of this, we believe that the products that you buy should be delivered to you as fast and as safe as possible.
Free Luxury Packaging
We will carefully arrange the items in our free Luxurious Packaging, so that the presentation matches the quality of the jewellery. Please be sure, that the shipping carton will not reveal its contents, and will look just as a regular shipping box.
We work in close range with Royal Mail and will ship your order free of charge, making sure that your package reaches you time for that special moment, and that there is as little delay as possible between your primary purchase and its arrival. However, as the rings are custom made and because of the range in sizes we provide, a certain allotment of time will be taken for the piece to be made. This time range can vary anywhere between xxxx and xxxx days.
Certification & Valuation
A diamond certificate, also known as a diamond grading report, is prepared by independent third party laboratories that verify, evaluate and certify diamonds using special diamond industry tools and equipment. A certificate usually includes a complete description and information about the diamond, such as carat weight, colour, clarity, shape, polish, fluorescence, symmetry and other characteristics.
At Ringfield Diamond Jewellery, a diamond that weighs 0.30ct and over is accompanied by its original certificate, usually issued by either Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI). Both laboratories are among the most respected and reputable laboratories in the diamond grading industry.
If your item includes diamonds that each single stone on its own weighs less than 0.29ct, then you will be provided only with a valuation report signed by one of our expert, so you can be sure that the item that you purchase is of finest quality.
Every item that you purchase from Ringfield Diamond Jewellery comes with a free valuation report.
Valuation reports include the carat weight, clarity, colour and shape of the diamond, the precious metal used, as well as an accurate replacement value of the item. Our valuation reports have also an image of the jewellery showing its original design.
The primary purpose of valuation reports is to help insurance companies quickly and accurately provide full replacement of your item in case of loss, theft or damage.
We at Ringfield Diamond Jewellery are committed to provide complete customer satisfaction by crafting our jewellery to a superior standard from the highest quality materials. Therefore, all of our products are covered by 10 years craftsmanship guarantee.
Each individual item is carefully inspected at several stages throughout the production process. Final check before delivery ensures that each stone is firmly and securely set.
Regular maintenance is recommended every 12 months, however if a stone appears to be loose, we advise immediate inspection by our jewellers. We will examine your item and evaluate the problem. If it is due to manufacturing defect, then we will repair it free of charge. However, if it is a damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident or a third party has performed any service or work to the item, then our guarantee does not apply. If you wish we will be happy to repair your item at a small price.
We also recommend our customers to insure their jewellery in case of any loss, theft or accidental damage. Each item comes with a free valuation report which will assist insurance companies in policy arrangements.
To view information about your orders, click on account in the upper right-hand corner, then select "My Account". You may need to proivide your email address and password if not logged in already. You will be directed to "My Account Dashboard". Click on "My Orders" link in the Account Navigation on the left to view a list of your orders, then select "View Order".
From the Order Information page you can view additional information, such as Tracking Number, Invoices, Shipments, and Refunds, as well as print all of the aforementioned items.
You can also subscribe to a private RSS Feed of your order status. Simply click on "Subscribe to Order Status", then follow the steps to subscribe to the feed, which may vary with different web browser.
30-Day Return Policy
We, at Ringfield Diamond Jewellery, are committed to deliver the highest quality jewellery to our customers. However, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item. Most of the products are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. To shop with confidence at Ringfield Diamond Jewellery, we offer to our customers the opportunity to return the item that they bought within 30 days from receipt of their order for full refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in their original, unused, unworn condition along with all supporting reports and documentation, as well as original packaging. The security tag must not be damaged. Breaking the tag will void the return.
Exclusions to our return policy apply. Any item that has been personalised, engraved, custom made or damaged due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund.
If you have return an item for wrong ring size, then we will be happy to resize it, if possible for a small charge, but will not accept it for refund. It is customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ring size at the time of purchase. If you are not completely confident about the finger size, then we are happy to provide free ring sizer upon request.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Please include a covering letter that states clearly the reason for the return. The package must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured for the full purchase price. A proof of shipment must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of return shipments.
Once your item is received a specialist from our team will investigate if the item qualifies for return. If accepted, a refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Throughout the process, we will keep you updated by the email you have provided us during the purchase, making sure that you are aware when your order has been dispatched. As the purchases are of value, you will be provided with a tracking number which will keep you updated at which stage your piece is currently at. A tracking number will also be provided by Royal Mail so that you know when to expect your package. The delivery will also require a signature, so that we and the delivery company know that the package has arrived safely. In order to assure you with the safety of the rings, your package has also been insured in case of damage or loss.
